Can I use more than one color on the banner?
Yes, you can use one, two, three or four colors at no additional charge. The maximum number of colors that can be used on one banner is four, excluding four-color process (CMYK printing).

No, these banners are designed to have only one side of text.

Can I use graphics or logos on the banner?
Complex logos and graphics cannot be used on these banners; however, you may choose from an assortment of simple graphics like arrows, bullet points, underlines, trademark symbols and more.

Can I get a banner that is a non-standard or custom size?

How durable are the banners?
The banners are very high quality and are designed to perform under medium to strong winds. How the banner is hung will also determine how it performs, and we would be happy to suggest display methods that will fit your choice of use for the banner.

How do I display the banner?
All banners have grommets that should be used to secure the banner for display. These grommets are placed along the edges of the banner in places where they would provide the most support for the banner. How will I know what my banner looks like?
Once you place an order for your banner, you will be faxed or emailed a proof. If you wish to make changes to the banner, you may call and request a modification and we will be happy to send you another proof. The banners will last years with proper care, so your satisfaction with the final product is very important.

How long after I place my order will I receive the banner?
Your banner will be shipped within 24 hours of completion. Shipping takes 1 to 6 days depending on where you are located, so you can expect to have the finished product in your hands within about 5 days. Please refer to the "Pricing & Information" page for a map demonstrating shipping times.

How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is always free, but if you need your banner in a hurry, faster shipping methods are available for an extra charge.
