Can I use more than one color on the sign?
Yes, you can use one, two, three or four, but there will be additional charges (see Pricing & Info). The maximum number of colors that can be used on one sign is four, excluding four-color process (CMYK printing).

Can I use graphics or logos on the sign?
Complex logos and graphics cannot be used on these signs; however, you may choose from an assortment of simple graphics like arrows, bullet points, underlines, trademark symbols and more.

Can I get a sign that is a non-standard or custom size?
Yes, larger or custom-sized signs are available upon request. Please be aware that a custom-sized sign requires two additional days for production. In the case of a non-standard sized sign, please email us your request and we will provide you with a quote.

How durable are the signs?
The signs are very high quality and are designed to perform under medium to strong winds. How the sign is mounted will also determine how it performs, and we would be happy to suggest display methods that will fit your choice of use for the sign.

How do I display the sign?
All signs have flutes (holes running through the plastic) that should be used to secure the sign for display. Mounting options vary. You can nail the sign to a wooden stake (a tomato stake, for example), or you can use our metal stand with metal pins that fit into the vertical flutes at the bottom of the sign for increased stability.

How will I know what my sign looks like?
Once you place an order for your sign, you will be faxed or emailed a proof. If you wish to make changes to the sign, you may call and request a modification and we will be happy to send you another proof. The signs will last one full year in direct sunlight with proper care, so your satisfaction with the final product is very important.

How long after I place my order will I receive the sign?
Your sign will be shipped within 24 hours of completion. Shipping takes 1 to 6 days depending on where you are located, so you can expect to have the finished product in your hands within about 5 days. Please refer to the "Pricing & Information" page for a map demonstrating shipping times.

How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is always free, but if you need your sign in a hurry, faster shipping methods are available for an extra charge.
