All Signs, Banners and Magnetic signs carry a 30-day guarantee, although these products should last very well with proper care.

Magnetic signs should be periodically removed. Both the magnetics and the automobile washed with mild detergent and dried. Store flat when not in use.

Corrugated plastic signs are great outdoors in direct sunlight for about one year (except fluorescent ink colors(3-4 months), then, as with all plastics, there may be a deterioration.

Banners carry a 30-day guarantee, but the banners should last 1-2 years with proper care. To store a banner, roll it, don't fold it, with the text side facing out. Keep it in a cool, dry place. Make sure the banner is free from obstruction, especially during windy situations, so that the banner doesn't scrape against or bump into any objects that may damage it.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality or workmanship of your sign or magnetic sign, or if the product is damaged in some fashion upon receipt, please contact us immediately and we will gladly rectify the situation.
